My painting are created in the action of the present moment. My approach is instinctive and free. Each artwork is a new story. I create in a unique and singular way, with an improvisation, or more like a control coincidence.
Each canvas has to be nurture to give it its unique look, full of depth and substance, to understand the role white space plays and experiment to find the right lights and transparency. That’s the magic effect of water, brush, strokes, pigments, deletion.
A back and forth work with a strong gesture, an eastern inspiration where its abstraction makes sense.
Thoughtful moments, sometimes uncertainty, before accomplishing the desire results.
